Amanda Agricola has spent the better part of two decades learning to use movement, yoga, and meditation to regulate nervous systems and to bring pain relief brought on by daily activities, stressors, and pregnancy.
In addition to being a certified Yoga Teacher with 7 years of teaching experience, Amanda Agricola has also trained in Prenatal Yoga, Emotional Anatomy, Tantra, and has a rigorous interest in Ayurveda, the nutritional sister science of Yoga.
Amanda loves living in Hampden with her family and her magical cats. She has a passion for the outdoors, herbal medicine, volunteering at organic farms, and for the craft of natural dying fabrics. She is also an entrepreneur in organic textiles, and is currently enrolled in a family herbal medicine training program.
