Jamie specializes in infant, child, and maternal health, and has supported families on their wellness journey through nutrition and yoga for over 5 years.


After working with her, clients have a better insight into effective breathing techniques, best nutrition practices, and whole health integration understanding.

Jamie been practicing yoga for over eight years and teaching for over four. She discovered yoga to balance her marathon training during graduate school.

"Soon after my prenatal yoga teacher training my husband and I found out we were expecting and it was throughout my own personal pregnancy and birth journey that I was able to experience the benefits of yoga for labor and delivery first hand." 


Jamie is a many times certified Dietitian Nutritionist and Yoga Instructor.

"After losing my Mom to cancer at a young age, my entire focus shifted to a wholistic approach to overall health. From that point I have made it a goal to empower myself and other women to nourish their bodies and minds so we can be our best selves for our friends and family."

With a focus on fertility, pregnancy, and postpartum nutrition, Jamie Adams counsels women and their partners on diet and a healthy lifestyle. 


She brings a warm and inviting presence to her classes, and is compassionate and supportive throughout your entire nutrition and pregnancy journey!

Originally from Michigan, Jamie now calls Maryland her home, with her husband and growing family.

Prenatal Yoga in the Park


Join others in your community who are expecting, for prenatal yoga!


Class focus is on connecting with your baby, building strength & endurance, relieving stress, easing aching hips and back, and building skills for labor, birth and parenting.


Class held indoors at Helia Integrated Health/Nao Meditation Studio at 314 Wyndhurst Ave Roland Park, MD 21210.


To ensure everyone's safety, social distancing is required always, and masks are required indoors. Class size will be limited. All Womb Room Yoga instructors have been fully vaccinated. No physical assists will be offered at this time. 

Baby & Me Yoga


Practicing yoga WITH your baby is a beautiful way to heal from pregnancy and bond mindfully, while building your community.


This series is relaxed and informal, including activities with and without your baby (in case they are sleeping!) with plenty of flexibility for feeding, diapering and meeting baby’s needs.


Appropriate for all parents and babies, once cleared for exercise by your provider.


Offered Weekly in the shade at Guilford Gateway Park (3601 St. Paul St. Baltimore, MD 21218). In the case of rain or extreme heat, class will be canceled and picked up the next week.
