"I felt inspired to come into this work through my own struggles with reproductive health. After taking birth control for many years, deciding to come off birth control resulted in many health problems.
I was able to find ways, through yoga and the teachings of other women, to live a life that supports the 4 seasons or phases of the menstrual cycle, and leaning into living a cyclical life with more rest and rejuvenation."
