"If you made it to the practice space as a student, you’re exactly where you need to be. As a teacher/facilitator, it is my responsibility to give and cultivate an environment of exchange. I’ll meet you where you are, if you just show up, and we’ll grow together."
Jessica came to the mat as an escape from the day-to-day grind back in 2015. A year later, she was introduced to the Ashtanga practice, and has been a dedicated member ever since.
In 2017, Jessica completed her yoga certification while pregnant with her daughter. That experience sparked an interest in working with mothers and families.
Jessica still makes it to the mat thanks to her community of care and she looks forward to holding space for others. Jessica currently teaches Family Yoga where she incorporates movement into storytelling. It's a fun time for all ages!
