Birth & Postpartum Doula
"I am a birth and postpartum doula trained in Spinning Babies. Watching the power of gravity, movement and balance help your baby get into an optimal fetal position is wildly delicious.
I believe that supporting you through these sacred phases is a blessing.
I am an empowered Mama and, through my own experience of birth, feel deeply inspired to alleviate women of the challenges that can come with pregnancy.
My philosophy as a doula focuses on the application of mindfulness.
Sitting silently with yourself and your baby is so important, as it helps you to connect and align with each other on a different level.
As your Birth Doula, I will be your guide to reach your inner strength. You will discover power you will forever utilize. Your voice matters. Your emotional support is my top priority. I am passionate about your happiness and cannot wait to serve, grow, and thrive with you.
As your Postpartum Doula, I want you to rest, and eat warm nourishing meals. You deserve flowers brought to you and hot tea to relax your body. This is a time of connection with your baby. Embrace your new reality and know you and your family have support every step of the way."
