This gentle, non-invasive therapy helps relieve tension and supports infants experiencing reflux, feeding challenges, tongue tie recovery, tummy time aversion, or head shape concerns like plagiocephaly. By appointment only Two sessions available (limit of two free sessions per child) Meet the Providers: Austin Rees Austin, a perinatal expert with 20+ years of experience, owns Nourish and Align, specializing in infant craniosacral therapy. As an IBCLC, she helps babies improve oral function and reduce discomfort. Julie Pokorny Julie, a Registered Craniosacral Therapist with 10+ years of experience, blends science with holistic care. She supports infants with tongue ties, torticollis, and feeding issues, using her background as a birth worker and Reiki Master. Ronna Waddell Ronna, a Registered Nurse, Craniosacral Practitioner, and now an IBCLC, supports infants with feeding challenges and body function issues, focusing on families in Columbia, MD. Kate Hudak Kate, with a background in sports medicine and massage therapy, was inspired by parenthood to help families facing soft tissue restrictions from tethered oral tissues in infants. She now uses craniosacral therapy to enhance function and ease for newborns and babies. Dr. Meghan Gordon Dr. Meghan is a Doctor of Physical Therapy who graduated from Belmont University in 2009. She began her career focusing on neurological conditions such as stroke, brain injury, Parkinson's disease, and concussion, with an interest in pediatric care. Inspired by the transformative effects of craniosacral therapy (CST) on her third child's nervous system, she now specializes in CST for infants, children, and adults at her private practice in Alexandria, VA. Nets Manela Nets, an RCST, CPM, and LDEM, is a home birth midwife and Biodynamic craniosacral therapist in Reisterstown, MD.
