Dad Bod Yoga is a fun, inclusive class designed for anyone who identifies as a dad or as a caregiver, looking to build strength, flexibility, and relaxation in a laid-back, welcoming environment. Whether you’re a new parent, an experienced dad, or just someone seeking a way to unwind, this class is for you. You'll have the chance to stretch, strengthen, and find relaxation, all while engaging with others in a friendly, non-judgmental atmosphere. No prior yoga experience is required—just bring an open mind, a sense of humor, and a desire to move. We welcome all levels and encourage you to go at your own pace! Class Dates & Info: • Sundays 3:30-4:30 pm with Ben Baker-Lee February 16, 23, March 2, 9 • Mondays 6:30-7:30 pm with Nat Busbee March 24 & 31, April 7 and 14 Come join us, unwind, and build connections in a space that’s all about community and well-being!
