About Rachel
Marketing Coordinator
Rachel's journey in marketing began right after college with the intention of promoting mission-driven businesses. Over the past 3+ years, she has used her expertise to bring people together, build community, and organize events, specializing in social media marketing. Rachel values social media as a powerful tool for connection, using it to foster supportive communities and create a space where people can come together. Storytelling, a timeless connector, plays a significant role in her work, whether through the content she creates or the events she hosts. She believes that whether it's through storytelling or community-building, everyone should leave feeling seen and deeply connected to themselves and others.
After overcoming chronic health issues through natural healing, Rachel felt called to expand her career and became a certified health coach in 2020. This led her to further specialize as a trauma-informed life coach and human design reader. With over two years of client work, Rachel was drawn back to her roots in marketing and began mentoring coaches and small business owners in the wellness industry.
Rachel is also the founder of the Baltimore Women’s Circle (BWC), an organization created in 2021 to make friendship and sisterhood accessible for women seeking connection. In her free time, she enjoys reading fantasy books, rock climbing, practicing yoga, and spending time outdoors with her husband, baby girl, and Portuguese Water Dog. One of her dreams is to build a yurt in her backyard where she can host women’s circles and community events.
