About Sarah Gyampoh
Perinatal Mental Health Therapist
Sarah has been supporting families through pregnancy, childbirth and parenthood for 10 years, and has seen firsthand how a holistic approach helps families to deeply integrate the work, so they can navigate all of the ups and downs of reproduction.
As a mom of 5, Sarah has experienced how motherhood has the ability to reveal the most challenging, and the most beautiful aspects of life. She is passionate about utilizing mindfulness strategies and CBT in her therapy sessions, to connect clients with their deepest strengths and intuition, to harness their inner power so they can achieve all of their goals.
When not supporting families through the Womb Room, you can find Sarah spending time with family and friends, practicing yoga, and learning!
