Postpartum Support Circle

Class Description:

A FREE support group, connecting parents within the first year+ of parenthood to build friendships, and exchange support & encouragement. Led by a Womb Room Certified Postpartum Doula, this is a safe space to air your struggles and receive emotional and practical support to make your days a bit easier to manage. This group is held on Zoom, with an in-person group taking place once per month at The Womb Room studio :).
