The Womb Room offers a range of services to support families and birth people, including yoga, education, doulas, groups, lactation support, sleep specialists, and mental health therapy.
When buying an item, you agree that: (i) you are responsible for reading the full item listing before making a commitment to buy it: (ii) you enter into a legally binding contract to purchase an item when you commit to buy an item and you complete the check-out payment process.
The prices charged for our services are listed on the website. We reserve the right to change our prices at any time, and to correct pricing errors that may inadvertently occur.
We may, without prior notice, change the services; stop providing the services or any features of the services we offer; or create limits for the services. We may permanently or temporarily terminate or suspend access to the services without notice and liability for any reason, or for no reason.
Subscription Plans: Some offerings such as Unlimited Yoga access is charged on a monthly ongoing basis to your payment method unless and until you cancel your subscription. Such subscriptions will be discontinued only upon the expiration of the respective period for which you have made payment.

Return: When we receive a valid warranty claim for a physical product like a shirt or sticker purchased from us, we will either repair the relevant defect or replace the product. If we are unable to repair or replace the product within a reasonable time, the customer will be entitled to a full refund upon the prompt return of the product to us. We will pay for shipment of repaired or replaced products to customer and customer will be responsible for return shipment of the product to us.
Refusal: We may permanently or temporarily terminate or suspend your access to services without notice and liability for any reason, including if in our sole determination you violate any provision of these Terms or any applicable law or regulations. You may discontinue use of services at any time.
Health Waiver
You hereby declare myself physically and mentally sound and capable of participation in activities, programs and classes at The Womb Room.
Your doctor/OB/midwife is aware that you are participating in yoga/physical activity with your current state of health in consideration.
You understand that yoga is a physical practice that requires strength and flexibility.
You understand that in any physical activity, risk of serious physical injury is possible.
You understand and that yoga is no substitute for medical diagnosis and treatment.
You understand The Womb Room is taking necessary precautions to help prevent the spread of Covid-19, and you agree to adhere to all rules and policies set toward this effort.
You are aware that by participating in classes at The Womb Room you are undertaking risk and responsibility of personal injury and illness, and I hereby indemnify and release The Womb Room and its owners, instructors, and agents from any liability, loss, claims or expenses including legal fees, arising out of any personal injuries, illnesses or damages, foreseeable or unforeseeable.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, in no event shall The Womb Room, be liable for any indirect, punitive, incidental, special, consequential or exemplary damages, including without limitation, damages for loss of profits, goodwill, use, data or other intangible losses, arising out of or relating to the use of, or inability to use, the service.
