Journey to Conceive: A Therapy Group for Individuals Experiencing Fertility Struggles
This online Fertility Support Group is a therapy group designed to provide people with a safe, therapeutic space
to connect with others on the fertility journey.
This welcoming online Fertility Support Group is for individuals experiencing depression, anxiety, grief and loss, or general emotional difficulties in adjusting to infertility struggles, and is run by two licensed, clinical therapists who each have professional and personal experiences with infertility.
Meet the Therapists
Rebecca Radcliffe's therapy approach is holistic and trauma-informed, combining different traditional psychotherapy schools of talk-therapy with more mindfulness, movement and energy-based techniques.
She believes that compassion and validation are at the core of the therapeutic relationship, which helps people to realize they are not alone in the journey.
"Having been through the fertility process, I know just how scary and difficult it can be. I wish I had someone there to explain things to me. I hope to be that support for someone else."
Shamella is passionate about helping clients feel supported in their unique experience of fertility and parenthood, and believes in the importance of high-quality postpartum care.
