It Takes a Village: A Group for Connecting and Encouraging Parents

Being a parent is no walk in the park! Let's lean on and learn from each other to get through it together.

It Takes a Village is provided in two completely FREE weekly parent support groups in Maryland, hosted virtually, created to maintain connection between families, even when it's difficult to leave the house!

Led by Licensed Therapists/Counselors, these low structure groups serve as safe spaces to relate on the joys and struggles of parenthood, to build the crucial friendships and relationships that are so important to our survival, and to exchange tips and resources to help make things a little easier!

Review from group participant:

"The Womb Room groups provided me with an invaluable opportunity to connect with other new moms in an open, honest and supportive forum. As a first time mom, I found the new mom group to be immensely helpful for my mental health. My daughter is a toddler now, and I enjoy going to the 12 month and older group when I can. - Lindsey P.
