Prepare for a relaxed birth, learning techniques of mindful breathing, hypnobirthing/self-hypnosis, visualizations, guided meditation and Sophrology.
You will create your own birth affirmations and build confidence in birthing your baby, and walk away with easy-to-use coping tools using mindfulness and dynamic relaxation. This class is recommended for all, whether you hope/plan for an unmedicated or epidural-assisted birth.
This workshop is only for the pregnant person, and is only offered in-person in our Baltimore Studio.
