Description:
Prepare for a relaxed birth, learning techniques of mindful breathing, hypnobirthing/self-hypnosis, visualizations, guided meditation and Sophrology. You will create your own birth affirmations and build confidence in birthing your baby, and walk away with easy-to-use coping tools using mindfulness and dynamic relaxation. This workshop is only for the pregnant person, and is only offered in-person in our Baltimore Studio. ---- Led by Womb Room's team of Expert Educators. Covid Protocols: We follow city guidelines and masks are optional in the studio at this time. All Womb Room Instructors have been vaccinated. Props are sanitized between classes and windows will be opened whenever possible to increase airflow.
