Allison has been a yoga instructor for 13 years, 10 of which she mentored and trained some of Baltimore's top yoga teachers. At the time, she was also overseeing the Charm City Yoga and YogaWorks studios.

Her uplifting classes welcome you as you are, blending fluid movement, breath awareness and soul-nourishing affirmations to live a more joyful, balanced and conscious life now. She incorporates philosophy, energetics, sound and free movement into the physical practice. You'll leave her class feeling rejuvenated, deeply relaxed, and inspired.

Allison lives in Hamilton-Lauraville with her husband, 2 toddlers, and cat. She is a devoted NY Times Crossword puzzler, avid world traveler, and live music addict!
