Karen Kindig, LCSW-C

Mental Health Therapist

"I am passionate about helping Moms to tap into their inner wisdom, so they can embody the experience of Motherhood they strive for."

"No one is fully prepared for what it means to become a parent.

Having a child is one of the most primal, natural things that human beings are designed to do, yet too often it is a time riddled with fear.

Whether struggling with conception, coping with all of the "what-if's" of pregnancy, making sense of a difficult labor, navigating relationship dynamics, or managing the challenges of parenthood, it is important to have some support on your journey.

I specialize in helping individuals access the resources, confidence, and inner wisdom necessary for coping with the many aspects of parenthood.

I know this is hard. You are not alone, and you can absolutely do this."
