Fertility & Loss Yoga Series

In-person and virtual options available

This gentle and supportive yoga series is designed for anyone navigating the emotional and physical complexities of fertility challenges or pregnancy loss. Grounded in trauma-informed principles, each session weaves together mindful movement, breathwork, and restorative practices to create space for healing, self-compassion, and resilience.

You may choose to attend a single class or enroll in the full three-session series at a discounted rate.

The first session focuses on managing the stress of infertility. Through deep rest and restorative poses, we aim to activate the parasympathetic nervous system, lower cortisol levels, and help the body move toward a more balanced and receptive state. Guided mindfulness practices are included to support emotional regulation and inner calm.

In the second session, the emphasis shifts to body acceptance and self-love. This class includes gentle movement, body-scan meditation, and supportive affirmations. You'll be invited to explore optional journaling prompts that cultivate gratitude and reconnect you with your body’s wisdom, strength, and worth.

The final session centers around finding steadiness in times of uncertainty—whether you're in a season of waiting, experiencing a fertility challenge, or moving through pregnancy after loss. Movement and breathwork will focus on the solar plexus chakra, supporting personal power and inner courage. The class concludes with a grounding ritual to offer comfort and a sense of closure.

All ages and experience levels are welcome. Each pose can be modified to support your individual needs and comfort. This series blends elements of Vinyasa yoga, Polyvagal Theory, Mindfulness, and Somatic Experiencing to create a safe and empowering environment.

Pricing:
$25 per individual session
$70 for the full three-session series

Benefits of Fertility Yoga

The path to conception is a dance between the body, mind, and soul. Each step, filled with its unique blend of anticipation, hope, and introspection, contributes to a journey that's as profound as it is personal. Fertility yoga, with its roots anchored deep in ancient practices, has been meticulously adapted to meet the specific needs and challenges faced by those on this unique quest.

By harmonizing the body's rhythms with the mind's serenity, it offers a sanctuary of balance and rejuvenation. Let's delve into how our classes can be the supportive guide you've been seeking on your fertility voyage:

Enhanced Reproductive Health

Fertility yoga poses specifically target and rejuvenate the reproductive system, enhancing blood flow and circulation, and creating an optimal environment for conception.

Our teachers aim to help you discover a yoga practice that best suits you and your journey's needs, aiding your mental health, physical wellbeing and adopting a fertility promoting lifestyle.

Reduced Stress and Anxiety

The journey to conception can be stressful. Our tailored yoga poses and breathing exercises are designed to combat stress, calm the nervous system, and balance hormonal fluctuations, aiding in emotional well-being and increased blood flow to where it matters most.

All this while reducing the stress of standard fertility treatments, suitable for both female and male reproductive health. Great as a standalone or for assisting other infertility treatments.

Deepened Mind-Body Connection

Building a strong mind-body connection can be incredibly beneficial during the fertility process.

Our classes teach you yoga poses that help you to tune into your body, understand its signals, and cultivate a profound sense of trust in its capabilities.

Practicing yoga for fertility has long been known for the many benefits it provides, reducing mental stress, and healing alongside assisted reproductive technologies.

Navigating the path to conception is uniquely personal and can often be accompanied by both anticipation and anxiety. Fertility yoga, rooted in ancient practices, is adapted to meet the specific needs and challenges of those on this journey.

We help in all manner of ways, including promoting a healthy hormonal balance, maintaining a healthy weight, promoting sexual desire, relieving stress, encouraging a healthy pregnancy, and all the things needed to help optimize your fertility journey.

Remember, every person's journey is distinct, and while yoga offers numerous benefits, it's also essential to maintain open communication with healthcare professionals during your fertility journey.
