What this class covers: • VBAC: informed choices and facts • How to prepare effectively for your VBAC • Processing your previous birth experience • Stages of labor (refresher) • Medical interventions and VBAC - Repeat C-section: What to expect • Partner involvement, empowerment, and advocacy • Coping techniques including mindful breathing (and beyond) • Positions for labor and birth (including birthing and peanut balls) • A "Create Positive Birth Preferences" document (birth plan) • Building confidence and finding community with other VBAC pregnant couples * THIS VIRTUAL CLASS DOES NOT INCLUDE COMFORT MEASURES FOR LABOR.
