Holistic Childbirth - PRIVATE CLASS

Class Description:

This private class is 7 hours, broken into 2 sessions. It is evidence-based with updated materials including a workbook, documents and videos, as well as hands-on practice with you and your birth partner(s). This class is perfect for people that have less time but want straight to the point, quality information. What this class covers: • how to prepare for birth • anatomy of the pregnant person • stages of labor • understanding medical interventions • partner involvement and support • how to become an empowered partner • coping techniques including breathing (and beyond) • positions for labor • create a birth preferences document • build confidence and find community with other pregnant couples Once booked, coordination will occur between you and the instructor to set up a time to meet for class online, in your home, or in our studio for learning to begin! Note: THIS CLASS DOES NOT COVER INFANT FEEDING/BREASTFEEDING OR INFANT CARE. Covid Protocols: We follow city guidelines and masks are optional in the studio at this time. All Womb Room instructors have been vaccinated. Props are sanitized between classes and windows will be opened whenever possible to increase airflow.
