This class is designed to support your body and mind through the physical and emotional changes of pregnancy and postpartum recovery. With an emphasis on mindful movement, breath awareness, and functional alignment, each session offers tools to build strength, stability, and mobility that evolve with you through each stage of the perinatal journey. Expect a blend of gentle flow, restorative postures, and targeted exercises to support core and pelvic floor integrity, ease common discomforts, and promote relaxation. Breathing techniques and movement patterns are introduced to assist in labor, delivery, and postpartum healing. Modifications and alternatives will be given for each stage of the perinatal journey. All levels and experiences are welcome, whether you’re expecting or returning to your practice after birth. This class provides a safe space to reconnect with your body, restore balance, and be part of a community of parents and caregivers navigating this transformative time.
