A FREE, professionally facilitated support group led by one of our certified doulas, designed to offer a compassionate and inclusive space for expecting and new parents. Together, we explore the emotional and physical experiences of pregnancy, birth, and postpartum, while celebrating the joys and navigating the challenges of welcoming a new baby. Whether you're seeking connection, reassurance, or practical guidance, this group is here to support you every step of the way. Join at any stage of pregnancy. This group is currently meeting in-person at the Womb Room Studio once per month, on Saturdays! We can't wait to see you!
