What You’ll Experience Each Session Session 1 – Monday, June 23 | 6:30 – 8:00 PM Navigating the Stress of Infertility Focus: Deep rest to activate the parasympathetic nervous system and cultivate a fertile internal environment. Includes: Restorative poses designed to lower cortisol and support hormonal balance Guided mindfulness techniques to reduce stress and enhance receptivity Session 2 – Monday, July 7 | 6:30 – 8:00 PM Embracing Your Body—Cultivating Self-Love & Acceptance Focus: Gentle, compassionate practice to build a positive relationship with your body—honoring its wisdom and strength throughout the fertility journey. Includes: Mindful movement and body-scan meditation Affirmations for self-worth Optional journaling prompts exploring gratitude and acceptance Session 3 – Thursday, July 24 | 6:30 – 8:00 PM Sitting with the Unknown—Finding Steadiness in Uncertainty Focus: Building inner steadiness and resilience in the face of fertility challenges, waiting, and pregnancy after loss. Includes: Gentle movement, breathwork, and stillness centered on the Solar Plexus Chakra Tools to navigate uncertainty with courage and grace Movements to reconnect to confidence and personal power Mindfulness practices and guided meditation Closing ritual: reading from Journey to the Heart and a soothing cool lavender towel Details & Pricing All Ages & Experience Levels Welcome Modifications offered in every pose to meet your needs and comfort. She completed a 50-hour Trauma-Informed Yoga Teacher Training (TIYTT) for Health Care Professionals through the Body Wise Foundation and integrates her clinical background with embodied, healing yoga practices.
