Jamie Malyn is a registered nurse, IBCLC, and parent educator with 15 years of nursing experience, including 10 years in the NICU. She has supported families through lactation care in postpartum, NICU, private practice, and community settings, and has been a leader with La Leche League since 2021.

Her work is shaped by experiences living abroad, volunteering in Haiti, earning a Women's Studies degree, caring for NICU and medically complex infants, and becoming a parent herself. She has additional training in tongue-tie assessment, evidence-based flange fitting, and bottle refusal.

She is passionate about providing evidence-based, family-centered care and values collaboration with other IBCLCs and healthcare professionals. Her approach is nonjudgmental and inclusive, recognizing that breastfeeding, bottle feeding, formula feeding, or a combination may be the right fit for different families.

Her goal is for families to leave each session feeling confident, supported, and empowered with a feeding plan tailored to their unique goals. When she's not working with families, she enjoys traveling, reading, trying new foods, and volunteering at a local food pantry.
