About Molly

Perinatal Mental Health Therapist

Molly holds a Master’s in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Liberty University and is deeply committed to supporting mothers and families through pregnancy, postpartum, and life’s tender transitions. Her work centers on helping parents navigate identity shifts, relationship changes, bereavement, and the emotional complexities that can arise as families grow.

Molly practices from a Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) framework, helping clients understand how thought patterns impact self-confidence, nervous system regulation, personal growth, and relationships. She is trained in CBT, emotional empathy, and couples counseling, and is passionate about continuing her education in perinatal mental health. She is currently completing Perinatal Mood Disorder training and plans to pursue additional certifications, including Internal Family Systems (IFS).

During her graduate training, Molly worked in both private practice and a residential substance use treatment center, experiences that deeply shaped her clinical lens and strengthened her compassion for individuals navigating significant life challenges. She was especially inspired by a professor who specialized in postpartum anxiety and depression, which sparked her desire to serve mothers in this season of life.

Molly feels honored to walk alongside families as they welcome new members, grieve changes, and learn what it means to step into parenthood. Clients who work with her often leave with a deeper understanding of how their brain and body work, how anxiety affects the nervous system, and how to cultivate greater self-compassion.

Originally a business major before finding her calling in counseling, Molly now lives in Baltimore with her husband. Outside of the therapy room, you can find her reading, running, exploring new coffee shops, spending time with friends, and always welcoming a good book recommendation. She loves dogs and hopes to have one of her own soon.
