Join us for a heart-pumping, joy-filled babywearing dance class that celebrates movement, connection, and community! Born to Dance is a weekly opportunity for caregivers to get moving with their babies securely snuggled close in a carrier, all while dancing to fun, upbeat music that lifts the spirit and energizes the body. This class is designed for all levels—no dance experience required! Whether you're a seasoned dancer or just looking to shake off the stress of the week, you'll be welcomed into a supportive, judgment-free space where the focus is on fun, bonding, and joyful expression. Expect a mix of simple choreography, rhythmic swaying, and plenty of smiles as you move together with your little one and other caregivers. Please bring your own baby carrier—any style that provides good support and keeps baby safe and secure against your body. Babies should be worn heart-to-heart, and must have good head and neck control. ✨ Please note: This class is just for one caregiver and one baby. While we love your older children so much, it’s important to keep the space safe and focused for everyone participating. To help us maintain a smooth and joyful experience for all, we ask that no additional children attend. Baby must be worn in a carrier to participate—thank you for understanding!
