About Sunni: In Sunni's free time, they're reading all the books, journals, and articles. They're attending classes, conferences, and events centered around birthing support and reproductive justice, watching movies and listening to podcasts. They're connecting community members with resources and whatever else they can do to remain informed, active, present, and understanding in this community.
Not only does Sunni believe in the power of knowledge as a supportive tool, but they love being able to supply their clients with such resources. Having these resources allows her to consider the many different changing perspectives, laws, ideas, and understandings related to this kind of work. This way, they can advocate for their clients and guide them into self-advocacy as best possible with all of the necessary tools they need to be successful on such a transformative journey.
