"In my "free" time, I'm reading the books, journals, and the articles. I'm attending classes, conferences, and events centered around birthing support and reproductive justice. I'm watching the movies-fiction and not, and listening to podcasts. I am connecting community members with resources and whatever else I can do to remain informed, active, present, and understanding in this community.

Having these resources myself allows me to take in and consider the many different changing perspectives, laws, ideas, and understandings related to this kind of work.
