“I believe every woman should have access to quality mental health care, at every stage of her life. I’m honored to walk with my clients on their journey. Through trauma-informed care and a mind-body approach to wellness, I offer a space where my clients can both heal and grow.”

Emily has worked in the mental health field for ten years and is passionate about providing safe therapeutic spaces via one-on-one work and group therapy. She found her calling of working with women while providing outpatient therapeutic services and facilitating a weekly group for survivors of trauma.

As a trauma-informed therapist, Emily uses a blend of trauma-informed CBT, mindfulness, and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT). She finds that her clients leave her office feeling empowered about their choices and feeling confident about the next steps on their journey.
 

Emily is from New York and lives with her husband in Baltimore. She enjoys hikes and spending time with their three cats. In her free time, she likes to create art inspired by nature. She also practices yoga and is in the process of obtaining her yoga teaching certification.
