This class is designed to help you and your partner understand how a subsequent birth may differ from your first—covering changes in labor, recovery, and how things might progress differently this time around. We’ll start with a refresher on: The stages of labor Pain management options Breathing techniques Plus, new evidence-based updates on approaches and recommendations that may have changed since your last birth. We’ll also dive into practical strategies for caring for a newborn while meeting the needs of your older child(ren), so you feel prepared and supported at every stage.
