Birth Education Refresher Class

Description:

This class helps you and your partner understand the differences between a first and subsequent birth, such as potential changes in the labor experience, recovery time, and how things may progress differently this time around. Starting with a review of: • stages of labor • pain management options • breathing techniques • AND new, evidence-based updates on approaches or techniques that are recommended since your previous birth(s). Finally, we'll ensure you're ready to go with practical advice on how to manage caring for a newborn while meeting the needs of your older child/children. This class is deal for parents that have had at least one vaginal birth, and is best taken during the 2nd trimester. When booking, 1 participant = 1 couple :). Dates coming soon!
