Description:
Our Postnatal Barre class is a low-impact, core-focused workout designed for all postpartum moms—whether you're weeks, months, or even years into your motherhood journey. Combining the strength-building benefits of barre with mindful, functional movement, this class supports you in rebuilding core and pelvic floor strength, improving posture, and finding balance in your body again. While our studio does not have a traditional barre, we will use chairs in its place as well as other props to get the most from our time together. Each class emphasizes breath, alignment, and body awareness in a supportive, inclusive environment. This is your time to reconnect with yourself, move with intention, and build strength from the inside out—no matter how long it’s been since you gave birth. All fitness levels welcome.
