About Hayden
Pilates Instructor
Hayden has been teaching Pilates (mat, reformer, and apparatus) for over a decade, with a brief hiatus after moving to Baltimore nearly two years ago. Rediscovering a sense of community through movement classes has been deeply fulfilling, and she is excited to help others find the same connection and strength in their postnatal journey.
Using the Pilates principles of breath, concentration, control, and alignment, Hayden guides clients through exercises that restore the core, pelvic floor, and posture. The goal is for clients to leave feeling more connected to their bodies, with improved strength, mobility, and a deeper sense of empowerment.
Originally from Tulsa, OK, Hayden has found that Baltimore feels more like home! She lives in Hampden with her husband and 3-year-old daughter, who keeps things interesting with her very bold personality :). Their favorite activities include enjoying croissants at the neighborhood playgrounds or hunting for Baltimore's best pizza. Hayden's background is in dance, and after facing some health challenges turned to Pilates as a way to restore balance and strength. This journey has shaped her passion for teaching and supporting others in their wellness paths!
