About Megan Wysong
Postpartum Doula
Megan Wysong brings over 20 years of global experience in Maternal and Child Health to her work as a postpartum doula. Since beginning her doula practice in September 2023, she has supported many families through the transformative fourth trimester, offering flexible daytime, evening, and overnight care. Megan’s approach centers on emotional and mental well-being, infant sleep shaping, and ensuring that fathers—and all caregiving partners—feel empowered and supported in their new roles.
As your postpartum doula, Megan tailors practical, emotional, and informational support to your family’s unique needs during the first 12 weeks with a new baby. Whether it’s facilitating parent–infant bonding, promoting rest and healing, or bringing balance and organization to your home, her goal is always to nurture confidence and calm in the early weeks of parenthood.
A trained Postpartum Doula through DONA International, Megan is guided by the organization’s ethos of “a doula for everyone who wants one.” She believes deeply that all families—traditional, non-traditional, adoptive, or foster—deserve compassionate care during the fourth trimester.
Based in Baltimore, MD, Megan lives with her husband and her 11-year-old. When she’s not supporting families, you’ll find her exploring local hiking trails, immersed in a good book, or enjoying quality time with family and friends.
