About Myriam Ralston
Yoga Instructor
Myriam Ralston has been practicing yoga since 2010, and teaching since 2015.
While pregnant, she used prenatal yoga to help manage nausea, the first-trimester "growing pains" and to keep her mind and body healthy.
Myriam Ralston was trained in a quick-paced style of vinyasa yoga, but in the past years has found her own more gentle and restorative practice and teaching style.
"I like to help each student let go of expectations and meet their body where it is at that moment."
Myriam has lived in Baltimore since 2017, and absolutely loves it! Her full-time work is in External Relations at the School of Public Policy at UMBC.
Outside of yoga, you can find her with her toddler, walking her dogs Ellie and Trudy, reading the book du jour, taking online exercise classes, gardening, or getting cooking lessons from her husband.
