Our Online Room brings live, expert-led perinatal care to families anywhere: childbirth education, virtual doula support, yoga, lactation consultations with IBCLCs, support circles, and therapy groups.
Open to everyone, everywhere. Some people find us from three states away. Some find us because the drive is forty minutes and the baby is six days old. Both are good reasons.
Same practitioners, same curriculum, same warmth as the room. The only thing missing is the drive.

What You Need
A device, a quiet corner, and a bit of floor space for yoga. Nothing else required.
Availability
Open to everyone, everywhere. No matter where you are, there is a seat for you.
If you can't make it live, Yoga class recordings are yours to practice with whenever the day allows.
