Morgan didn’t arrive at birthwork by accident — her path has always been about building spaces of support, creativity, and growth. Before motherhood, she dabbled in everything from event planning to design engineering to running a mental health nonprofit, always searching for work that truly aligned with her purpose. It wasn’t until becoming a parent herself that everything came into focus. Experiencing both the beauty and the challenges of pregnancy, birth, and postpartum lit a fire in her to make sure other families never felt alone in those pivotal moments. That calling first led her to train and serve as a full spectrum doula, and today it fuels her work as The Womb Room’s Growth and Development Coordinator.

As The Womb Room’s Growth and Development Coordinator and a certified full spectrum doula, Morgan now brings together her skills in event planning, marketing, program development, and team building to expand the ways families are cared for. She has organized retreats, community markets, educational workshops, support groups, and outreach events that connect parents not just to resources, but to each other. Behind the scenes, she has built systems for hiring, training, and supporting staff; developed marketing strategies; and created collaborations that strengthen The Womb Room’s presence as a hub for perinatal wellness in Baltimore and beyond.

You can often find Morgan in the studio connecting with families, brainstorming new community offerings with the team, or rolling up her sleeves to make sure events and programs come to life. Outside of The Womb Room, she is usually adventuring around Baltimore with her two children, her supportive husband, and their beloved rescue pup—or carving out time for cooking, design projects, biking, traveling, hiking, and reading. She carries a deep gratitude for the chance to combine her passion for birthwork with her leadership role, helping The Womb Room grow into both a sanctuary for families and a thriving community space.
